We hope you love your order once it arrives, but if you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return it within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund, exchange or store credit subject to the Returns Criteria outlined below.

You are welcome to return your order within 7 days of the delivery date subject to the Returns Criteria outlined below.

For your return to be accepted, all items must be:

  • Unworn, unaltered and in original condition
  • Have all tags still attached, with all accessories and packaging included in the parcel
  • Initiated for return via our Return Portal and returned within 7 days of delivery.

FULL PRICED STYLES

  • Full-priced items are eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.
  • Full-priced items returned for a store credit will receive an additional 10% bonus credit.
  • Refunds must be credited to the original form of payment.
  • International full-price returns are valid for a refund or store credit only (no exchanges).
  • Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

PROMO CODE RETURNS

  • Full-priced items purchased with a welcome / sign up discount code or a promotional code (ie; 20% off storewide) are eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.
  • Sale items purchased with a promotional code that further discounts the order (ie; Further 25% off Sale) can be returned for a store credit or exchange only.
  • Outlet items purchased with a promotional code that further discounts the order (ie; Further 25% off Outlet) are considered final sale and non-returnable. You will be prompted to check a box confirming you acknowledge that the item is final sale.

SALE STYLES

  • Sale items are eligible for an exchange or store credit only.
  • International sale returns (outside of Australia) are valid for a store credit only.
  • Bonus 10% store credit does not apply to the return of sale items.
  • Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • Faulty Sale items will be replaced with a new piece in the same style and size.

OUTLET STYLES

  • Styles marked as 'Outlet/Final Sale' are considered final sale and non-returnable unless faulty. 
  • Faulty Outlet Sale items will be replaced with a new piece in the same style and size.
  • Please contact our team here if you believe you have received a faulty Outlet item.
