This role is responsible for managing partnerships, coordinating marketing campaigns, and ensuring Eliya The Label’s message is communicated seamlessly across all channels. The successful candidate will play a key role in building brand awareness, driving collaborations, and strengthening relationships with key partners.

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing and executing marketing campaigns that align with Eliya The Label’s brand strategy.
• Identifying, building, and managing partnerships with influencers, brands, and industry collaborators to drive awareness and growth.
• Coordinating partnership campaigns, from concept through to delivery, ensuring they align with Eliya The Label’s creative vision and values.
• Assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of seasonal campaigns, product launches, and events.
• Collaborating with the creative and social media teams to produce engaging content that supports marketing initiatives.
• Managing communication and deliverables for key retail and wholesale partners.
• Analysing the performance of partnerships and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to optimise future strategies.
• Staying ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth and collaboration.

What we’d love from you:

• Proven experience in marketing, partnerships, or brand coordination, ideally within the fashion or beauty industry.
• Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• A creative mindset with a passion for building relationships and driving brand growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Klaviyo, Photoshop, and Canva.
• A proactive and results-driven attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to work collaboratively while also taking initiative and working independently.
• A deep understanding of Eliya The Label’s brand values, customer base, and industry landscape.
