This role is responsible for managing and evolving Eliya The Label’s social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest. The successful candidate will create high-quality content that aligns with our brand identity, drives audience engagement, and strengthens customer connection.

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing and executing a social media strategy to grow brand awareness, engagement, and audience loyalty.
• Managing Eliya The Label’s social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
• Creating and curating content across photo, video, and copy formats, including filming, editing, and post-production.
• Collaborating with the creative team to ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and vision.
• Scheduling and publishing posts to maintain a consistent and on-brand message across all channels.
• Monitoring and engaging with our social media community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions to build strong relationships.
• Keeping up-to-date with social media trends, new features, and platforms to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Assisting with the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns, content shoots, and product launches.
• Analysing social media performance metrics and providing insights to optimise future content and strategy.

What we’d love from you:

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation, ideally in fashion, beauty, or a similar creative industry.
• A strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook platforms.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar).
• Excellent written communication skills with a creative flair for storytelling.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
• A hands-on, can-do attitude with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

• Developing and executing marketing campaigns that align with Eliya The Label’s brand strategy.
• Identifying, building, and managing partnerships with influencers, brands, and industry collaborators to drive awareness and growth.
• Coordinating partnership campaigns, from concept through to delivery, ensuring they align with Eliya The Label’s creative vision and values.
• Assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of seasonal campaigns, product launches, and events.
• Collaborating with the creative and social media teams to produce engaging content that supports marketing initiatives.
• Managing communication and deliverables for key retail and wholesale partners.
• Analysing the performance of partnerships and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to optimise future strategies.
• Staying ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth and collaboration.

• Proven experience in marketing, partnerships, or brand coordination, ideally within the fashion or beauty industry.
