Online Warehouse Sale Terms & Conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

The ELIYA THE LABEL Online Warehouse Sale runs between 8am AEST on Monday 20th May 2024 until 11:59pm AEST Monday 27th May 2024.

Sale prices are as marked and no further discount code is required during the sale. We will not under any circumstances be able to honour the advertised sale price on a past order in the form of a refund or store credit, irrespective of how recently your past order was placed. We also are unable to honour the sale price after the sale has ended on Monday 27th May 2024. This promotion is strictly valid on new orders placed between the dates and times specified above. 

- Offer applies to styles specifically in our Online Warehouse Sale Page here and excludes styles from our 'New Arrivals' collection or styles that do not have a red pen mark down. 

- Any other discount codes/offers cannot be used in conjunction with the Online Warehouse Sale Offer, including the $20 AUD sign up discount voucher. This voucher can only be used on full priced items only.

Store Credits are accepted as a payment method during the Online Warehouse Sale, provided they are still active and not expired. We do not honour expired store credits under any circumstance. 
- Due to the fast paced nature of an Online Warehouse Sale, orders strictly cannot be canceled, updated or modified once they are placed. Please ensure you check your order thoroughly prior to checking out to avoid disappointment. We will not be held liable for any packages that go missing due to an incomplete or incorrect address. 
 

RETURN POLICY

- Please be aware that items purchased from our Online Warehouse Sale are considered FINAL SALE. You will be required to acknowledge the Final Sale terms and conditions checkbox before adding to cart during the sale.
- No returns, credits or exchanges will be provided - this includes size exchanges. Please refer to our size guide online prior to purchasing to determine your best fit: https://eliyathelabel.com.au/pages/size-guide
- Faulty Warehouse Sale Items (ie: those with major manufacturing faults that physically deems the item unfit for purpose and unwearable) will be replaced with a new piece in the identical style and size. You will only be eligible for a refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced for you and it will be at the sole discretion of Eliya The Label to determine if your item is faulty. Loose sequins, threads, small markings etc will not be accepted as a faulty return reason on Online Warehouse Sale items. 
 

SHIPPING TIMES

- Our dispatch facility will ensure your package is sent out to you as quickly as possible, however we do not guarantee our usual same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm AEST, given the volume of orders that we will be processing during this busy sale period.

- Please allow for some delays in delivery by our carriers Australia Post and DHL Express given how busy this time of year is for all retailers and couriers.
- We will prioritise processing orders that have selected Express Delivery at checkout over those who have chosen Standard delivery.
- We recommend choosing Express Delivery at checkout and advise you to allow for extra time in delivery. We will not be able to refund you if your order does not arrive in time.
