Afterpay Day Sale Terms & Conditions
* Offer strictly valid on new orders placed after the sale commencement time of 9:00 AM AEST on 16th March 2023. The sale ends at 11:59pm AEST on 19th March 2023. We will not under any circumstances be able to honour the advertised sale price on a past order in the form of a refund or store credit, irrespective of how recently your past order was placed. We also are unable to honour the sale price after the sale has ended. This sale is strictly valid on new orders placed between the dates and times specified above.
*Store Credits are accepted as a payment method during the Afterpay Day Sale.
*Please ensure you remember to enter the discount code of 'AFTERPAY-20' at checkout as we are unable to manually modify your order total after payment is accepted. Please note that the discount code is only valid until 11:59pm AEST on 19th March 2023. After this time, the prices online will automatically be updated to reflect the retail price.
* Any other discount codes/offer cannot be used in conjunction with the Afterpay Day Sale Offer, including the $20 AUD sign up discount voucher. This voucher can only be used on full priced items.
* Due to the fast paced nature of a Sale, orders strictly cannot be canceled, updated or modified once they are placed. Please ensure you check your order thoroughly prior to checking out to avoid disappointment. We will not be held liable for any packages that go missing due to an incomplete or incorrect address.
* RETURN POLICY
- Please be aware that items purchased during our Afterpay Day Sale are subject to our usual Returns Policy, unless deemed faulty by our Returns Team and cannot be repaired or replaced with the identical item in the same size. Please familiarise yourself with this policy prior to making a purchase.
* In the unlikely event you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact customer care immediately at info@eliyathelabel.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with images of the fault. When the damaged item is in stock and can be replaced with a new item, we will replace the item for you. You will only be eligible for a refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced for you.
* Our despatch facility will ensure your package is sent out to you as quickly as possible, however we cannot guarantee same-day despatch on orders placed before 2pm AEST on any business day given the volume of orders that we will be processing during this busy sale period. Please allow for some delays in delivery by our carriers Australia Post and DHL Express. We recommend choosing Express Delivery at checkout and advise you to allow for extra time in delivery. We will not be able to refund you if your order does not arrive in time.
