We will not under any circumstances be able to honour the advertised sale price on a past order in the form of a refund or store credit, irrespective of how recently your past order was placed. We also are unable to honour the sale price after the sale has ended. This sale is strictly valid on new orders placed between the dates and times specified above.
* Prices are as marked and advertised by the red pen mark down online and no discount code is needed at checkout.

* In the unlikely event you believe you have receive a faulty item, please contact customer care immediately at email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery with images of the fault. All stock is throughly checked prior to despatch so the likelihood of receiving a faulty item is low. When the damaged item is in stock and can be replaced with a new item, we will replace the item for you. You will only be eligible for a refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced for you.
* Our despatch facility will ensure your package is sent out to you as quickly as possible, however in light of the global impact of COVID-19, please allow for some delays in delivery by our carriers Australia Post and DHL Express.
