* Offer strictly valid on new orders placed after the sale commencement time of 9am AEST on Thursday 26th November, 2020. The sale ends at 11:59pm AEST on Monday 20th November. We will not under any circumstances be able to honour the advertised sale price on a past order in the form of a refund or store credit, irrespective of how recently your past order was placed. We also are unable to honour the sale price after the sale has ended. This sale is strictly valid on new orders placed between the dates and times specified above.
*Unfortunately e-Boutique vouchers are not accepted as a payment method during the VIP Early Access period. You will be able to use your eBoutique voucher once the sale goes live to the public on 9am AEST Friday 27th November.
*Please ensure you remember to enter the Early Access discount code at checkout as we are unable to manually modify your order total after payment is accepted. Please note that the discount code is only valid until 9am AEST on Friday 27th November. After this time, the prices online will automatically be updated to reflect the 50% off price, and therefore the sale price will be marked and no code will be needed. At this time, you will be welcome to use your eBoutique voucher/store credit towards a Black Friday order.
* Any other discount codes/offer cannot be used in conjunction with the Black Friday Sale Offer, including the $20 sign up discount voucher. This voucher can only be used on full priced items.
* Due to the fast paced nature of a 50% OFF sitewide sale, orders strictly cannot be cancelled, updated or modified once they are placed. Please ensure you check your order throughly prior to checking out to avoid disappointment. We will not be held liable for any packages that go missing due to an incomplete or incorrect address.
* FINAL SALE - Please be aware that items purchased during our Black Friday Sale are marked down by 50% OFF or more are are therefore strictly non-returnable and considered final sale, unless deemed faulty by our Returns Team and cannot be repaired or replaced. Please choose carefully during flash sale offers, as no returns, credits or exchanges will be provided - this includes size exchanges as stock levels are changing rapidly and we are therefore unable to hold items for you. * In the unlikely event you believe you have receive a faulty item, please contact customer care immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of delivery with images of the fault. All stock is throughly checked prior to despatch so the likelihood of receiving a faulty item is low. When the damaged item is in stock and can be replaced with a new item, we will replace the item for you. You will only be eligible for a refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced for you.
* Our despatch facility will ensure your package is sent out to you as quickly as possible, however in light of the global impact of COVID-19, please allow for some delays in delivery by our carriers Australia Post and DHL Express. We recommend choosing Express Delivery at checkout!
